LuVonda Petitt is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 20 years’ experience. She has extensive experience as a project manager, management consultant, software implementer and facilitator. Well-versed in project methodologies, risk management, planning, team building, communication, software and entrepreneurial projects.

LuVonda believes her journey began as early as her late teens when she assisted her father, Dr. Robert Petitt, with community and church events.  He shared his love for community, youth, and seniors with his children.  Now, those types of projects are closest to her heart.

Before starting this business, LuVonda worked in Corporate America in oil & gas, healthcare, software and as a consultant.  She has worked (and still does work) with 501c3’s, community organizations, cultural organizations and training companies.  She shifts between big-picture strategy and small details of execution to help clients connect the dots throughout their project.  She has managed teams from 5 – 50 serving large corporate, mid-size and small business clients. She has also acted as a consultant to several private business owners.

LuVonda is a former Project Management Professional (PMP), current certified Scrum Master and is active in a number of enrichment groups and online Project Management forums. She is always on the lookout for new strategies to improve user experience, increase her clients’ bottom line and share knowledge. She has developed and administered online and in person training.  Ms. Petitt is an accomplished facilitator, performing work sessions across organizational levels as appropriate to project needs – from senior executives to front-line workers.  She has worked with national and international organizations to help improve their business processes, redefine their approach to project management, and have more effective meetings overall.

She is experienced in applying these techniques within several industries, including oil & gas, healthcare, retail, software development and private ventures.
